1. What information does Yougrab.co.nz collect, and when?
At the time you register to become a Registered User of the Site, you will be asked to complete a registration form which requires you provide information such as your name, address, phone/fax number, email address and other personal information. We collect information relating to you that you have provided to us (for example, through the way you use our products and services) or that we may have obtained from another source (such as our suppliers or from marketing organisations and credit agencies). This information may include information on how you use our products and services, and any other information collected in relation to your use of our products and services.
We also collect personal information about you when:
you have expressly consented to us collecting that information;
it is necessary to protect or enforce our legal rights or interests or to defend any claims made against us by any person (including you); or
it is required by law.
We will collect your personal information directly from you in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
In addition, we gather aggregate statistical information about our Site and Users, such as IP addresses, browser software, operating system, pages viewed, number of sessions, unique visitors and so forth.
2. How does Yougrab.co.nz use the information?
The personal information that we collect from you may be used by us for a number of purposes connected with our business such as:
processing your orders or applications;
providing products and/or services you have requested or administering your account;
carrying out credit checking and scoring;
billing you (unless you pay by another agreed method);
dealing with your requests, enquiries or complaints and other customer care related activities;
contacting you regarding additional services about which yougrab.co.nz determines that you might be interested
carrying out any activity in connection with a legal, governmental or regulatory requirement on us or in connection with legal proceedings, crime or fraud prevention, detection or prosecution;
for general administrative and business purposes. Specifically, we may use your email address, mailing address, phone number to contact you regarding notices, surveys, product alerts, new service or product offerings and communications relevant to your use of our Site. We may generate reports and analysis based on the Registration Information for internal analysis, monitoring and marketing decisions.
We may also use the Collected Information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our Site's content, layout and service.
3. Sharing information
We respect the privacy of your personal information and we will take all reasonable steps to keep it strictly confidential. However, we reserve the right to disclose your Information to relevant authorities where we have reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary. If we do this, we will only disclose your information to:
those who provide to us or our group companies products or services that support the services that we provide, such as our dealers and suppliers;

in response to a subpoena or other judicial order or when we reasonably believe that such disclosure is required by law, regulation or administrative order of any court, governmental or regulatory authority;
any person or organisation as authorised by the Privacy Act 1993.
Yougrab.co.nz will share your Payment Information with banks or vendors relevant to the transaction in order to enable transactions to be completed. In addition, Yougrab.co.nz may use Payment Information to determine your credit-worthiness and, in the process of such determination, yougrab.co.nz may take such Payment Information available to banks or credit agencies.
Any credit card information that you provide through the Site is directly submitted to a payment server of the credit card processing bank. Yougrab.co.nz does not maintain electronic or physical copies of your credit card information. While Yougrab.co.nz has in place up-to-date technology and internal procedures to guard your Payment Information against intruders, there is no guarantee that such technology or procedure can eliminate all of the risks of theft, loss or mis-use. Yougrab.co.nz shall not be liable to you or any other person for any damages that might result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other mis-use of Payment Information, including credit card information.
4. Storage and protection of your personal information
We may record and store personal information which we collect from you and where we do so we will take all reasonable steps:
to keep your personal information secure and prevent unauthorised disclosure;
and to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date.
However, we do not promise that your personal information cannot be accessed by an unauthorised person (e.g. a hacker) or that unauthorised disclosures will not occur. If we provide you with any passwords or other security devices it is important that you keep these secret and confidential and do not allow them to be used by any other person. You should notify us immediately if the security of these devices is breached to prevent the unauthorised disclosure of your personal information.
5. Accessing personal information
As a Registered User, your Registration Information and Payment Information (if any) can be viewed and edited through your Account which is protected by Password. We recommend that you do not divulge your Password to anyone. Our personnel will never ask you for your Password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail. If you share a computer with others, you should not choose to save your log-in information (e.g., User ID and Password) on the computer. Remember to sign out of your Account and close your browser window when you have finished your session.
No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secured. As a result, while we try to protect your information, no web site or company, including ourselves, can absolutely ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk
At any time you may request us to provide you with a copy of any of your personal information we have stored and recorded by contacting us. We will provide you with the information as soon as possible but in any event within 20 days unless:
your request is frivolous or vexatious;
release of the person information would prejudice our legal rights;

Any personal information transmitted to us online will therefore be at your own risk; however we will use our best efforts to ensure that any such information remains secure.
